The final day of the league stage of the Abu Dhabi T10 League is upon us, and things are looking settled. No matter what happens in today’s games, all four teams have already qualified for the playoffs and the points table is likely to remain unchanged.

The second match of the day will be between Team Abu Dhabi and Delhi Bulls, and we expect it to be a nail-biter. At the Sheikh Zayed International Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi, on December 2, 2021 will be the match between the two teams.

TAD vs DB Team Previews

Team Abu Dhabi

The first half of the tournament went off without a hitch for Team Abu Dhabi, but they seemed a little sluggish in the latter stages. A few losses in the second half didn’t stop them, however, from finishing in the top two, as their first-half play was so strong and impressive.

In the current standings, Team Abu Dhabi have 14 points and a net run rate of 1.226, which puts them in second place. Even though it doesn’t matter, they’ll be hoping for a victory in the upcoming match to push them to the top of the rankings.

After stuttering in the second leg of the tournament, Team Abu Dhabi appears to have rediscovered its mojo after winning their last two games in a row. In addition to the fact that they have won two games in a row by large margins, this shows the level of dominance they have shown. Liam Livingstone finally joined the party in their last match, slamming 59 runs in just 24 balls to put his side in a good position to compete. The Deccan Gladiators were bowled out for just 117 by the bowlers in response. Their best bowlers were Sheldon Cottrell, Jamie Overton, and Naveen Ul Haq.

When it comes to balance, Team Abu Dhabi has a team that only a few other teams can match. They have a plethora of six-hitters in their lineup, and they can all hit them at will. With Marchant de Lange, the tournament’s most successful fast bowler, they have a wide range of options in this area. Getting past them would be extremely difficult if they can play to their full potential.

Delhi Bulls

It wasn’t the best start for Delhi Bulls, but they’re on their way to one now. They’ve climbed to second place on the ladder thanks to a strong recent run, and if not for the net run rate, they’d have a good chance of taking the top spot. Even if they win a big game, they won’t be able to leapfrog Team Abu Dhabi and Deccan Gladiators into second place.

On the heels of two outstanding performances, the Bulls’ bowlers performed admirably in both of those matches. It was a surprise that they held Bangla Tigers to a low total and then went on a rampage against Chennai Braves.

It’s safe to say that Delhi Bulls’ bowlers are the primary reason they’re in a good position to advance in this tournament. All four of these bowlers performed admirably in the match against Chennai Braves, with Dominic Drakes, Romario Shepherd, Fazal Haq Farooqi, and Adil Rashid all taking wickets at regular intervals. Ravindra Hemraj and Rahmanullah Gurbaz were outstanding with the bat as they smashed 80 off just 4.1 balls and took the game away from the opposition.

However, despite having fewer well-known names than other teams, Delhi Bulls have proven themselves to be a force to be reckoned with. Eoin Morgan’s on-field tactics have been spot-on, despite the fact that he hasn’t been fluent with the bat. If Delhi Bulls are able to perform at their peak potential against a formidable batting line-up from Team Abu Dhabi, they should be in good shape.

TAD vs DB Toss Prediction

We’ve seen this happen across all formats over the years as the length of the format decreases. The playing surface isn’t expected to change much during the course of the match, making it more likely that both teams will choose to field first. As a result, the tournament so far has been a race to the finish. In light of the fact that the captain who wins the toss prefers to go first in the game.

More on toss prediction.

Pitch And Condition

The Abu Dhabi T10 League is being played on the same surfaces as the ICC World T20, but the batting has been much easier. More often than not, scores in excess of 100 have been recorded, with a par score of 120. Dew and shortened batting sessions are to blame for the ease with which batsmen are able to score runs. Defensively, it hasn’t been easy for either spinners or seamers. Spinners may play a significant role in the upcoming matches as the courts become slower with each passing match. With that in mind, and in light of recent results, the team batting first should aim for a total of 125 runs.

TAD vs DB Betting Tips

This appears to be a no-win situation, but the importance of momentum in the shortest format of the game means that both teams would like to win. Both teams are coming off back-to-back victories, making it difficult to pick a winner. In spite of the fact that Team Abu Dhabi has a formidable lineup, they appear to rely too heavily on Liam Livingstone in the middle order. However, Delhi Bulls appear to have a well-rounded team, at least on the paper. We believe Delhi Bulls’ bowlers will be the key to victory in the upcoming match. Because of this, as well as the overall risk/reward ratio, backing the Delhi Bulls to win is the best bet.

Winner – Soon
